Oversee daily operations, manage staff
Uphold the highest standards of customer service
Maintain a clean and organised environment.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
44 hours per week / Cover 5 shifts per week
Able to work weekends & public holidays
Qualifications
Previous experiences in counter duties/operations management is essential.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Salary: $3,600 - $4,200
