We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Operations Manager to support and optimise the daily operations of our eLearning content development company.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for motivating and empowering teams to reach their full potential.

You will play a key role in fostering a positive and dynamic working environment, driving both efficiency and creativity, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations Leadership: Lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while encouraging and motivating team members to perform at their best.

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning content development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Process Optimisation: Help streamline operations and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity, inspiring your team to embrace continuous improvement.

  • Team Collaboration and Motivation: Work closely with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas.

  • Resource Allocation: Assist in managing resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, ensuring optimal support for the team to achieve project goals.

  • Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet the company's high standards and client expectations.

  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and assist in addressing any concerns.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, instructional design, or content development is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
