Job Description:
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;
- Updating and maintaining records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;
- Prepare reports on purchases;
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled;
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors;
- Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered;
- Preparing and sending invoices to customer;
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- O-Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or in related field
- Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve processes
- Proficient in MS Office application
