Our client is a global Insurance player and currently seeking an experienced Performance Analytics specialist to join their team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency within through the creation of insightful dashboards to visualize and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (in Power BI or other tools) to visualize KPIs related to operational performance within the insurance firm.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs for dashboard development.
- Work closely with business to iudentify trends and drive any efficiency improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dashboard creation.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for dashboard creation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of dashboards and make necessary enhancements or updates based on feedback.
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively utilize dashboards for decision-making.
