Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst to provide day-to-day infrastructure and application support for a data-intensive analytics platform.
The role involves ensuring platform stability, resolving production issues, and supporting end users across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support for analytics platforms and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Support end users with application-related queries and technical issues.
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
- Participate in deployment activities and post-deployment validations.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or infrastructure support.
- Familiarity with data platforms, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
