Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive with inquiries from internal/external stakeholders regarding public-listed programmes.
- Accurately input, track, and report relevant data in a timely manner.
- Prepare and follow up on quality reports and service requests.
- Assist with issuance and exchange of communication equipment, and track inventory for various departments.
- Assist with allotment control for admissions and public-listed programmes in the ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'N'/ 'O' Levels/ ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 1 year of relevant operations experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Positive team player who can work independently too.
- Strong numerical skills, meticulous, organized, responsible and able to multitask.
- Good customer service, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform shift work on a rostered basis, including weekends and public holidays.
