As an Operations Support, you will play a pivotal role as a Business Partner to build a robust SMB Team.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Head of Department in managing performance initiatives, operational activities, and day-to-day priorities.
This role acts as a key bridge between the HOD and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, data tracking, and execution of key projects.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist the HOD in managing departmental KPI and performance management.
- Act as a liaison between HOD and cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, and initiatives.
- Follow up on action items and project deadlines with various team members.
- Support business operations, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications.
- Prepare presentation slides, reports, and summaries for internal meetings.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the HOD.
- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management to support the departments operations.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experiences as business operations, admin operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic Excel/reporting skills.
- Able to work independently, with a high level of responsibility and initiative.
