JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION
a) Handle client feedback via email.
b) Create cases and monitor the job completion via OMS.
c) Attend the hotline calls in the absence of the front desk officers.
d) Document work photos and compile into weekly reports for submission.
e) Coordinate with Operation teams on any administrative tasks.
f) Monitor working group chats and liaise with Government officers.
g) Any other tasks assigned by OM/OE.
JOB HOLDER'S REQUIREMENT
Qualifications
i.
Minimum O Level
Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
i.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
ii.
Possess good inter-personal communication skills.
iii.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
iv.
Basic English and Malay literacy
v.
Basic in Microsoft Office
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Working days: 5day, Alternate Saturday
Off day: Alternate Saturday & Sunday
Remark (if any)
He/She may be expected to work on Sunday and Public Holiday on a rotation basis.
