Job Role Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our service crew operations.

As the Service Crew Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day functions and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.

  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to staff members, enabling them to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.

  • Performance Management: Regularly monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and overall quality.

  • Scheduling: Plan and coordinate staff duty rosters and off-day schedules to ensure smooth operational flow.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts that may arise within the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service and Operations:

  • Service Standards: Uphold and enforce high standards of customer service, including warm greetings and personalized attention.

  • Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Support Daily Tasks: Assist with and oversee daily operations, such as taking orders, serving food and beverages, and preparing menu items.

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure all service and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained to promote a healthy and safe environment.

  • Menu Promotion: Recommend and promote menu items and specials to customers, enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Reservation Handling: Arrange seating and manage reservation inquiries to optimize table utilization and customer experience.

Compliance and Administration:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Management Support: Collaborate with the outlet manager to run daily operations smoothly and efficiently.

  • Procedure Adherence: Follow established service procedures and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all areas.

  • Responsible Service Practices: Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly according to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
