As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Executive in managing kitchen, laundry, and general logistic operations within the Nursing Home.
Key responsibilities include collecting and distributing linens, handling and treating soiled and infectious linens safely, ensuring safe and proper handling of washers, dryers, and chemicals, folding cleaned linens, and reporting any maintenance issues within the Laundry Area.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, washing, cutting, and preparing food, delivering items to and from the Wards, and performing other tasks related to the kitchen and laundry operations.
