Roles & Responsibilities
The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions.
He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants.
He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.
Responsibilities
- Perform operation according to work instruction.
- Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Check and record net weight digitally.
- Always maintain Hygiene and Safety.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Weekly rotating shift: Mon-Sat 7am-3pm; Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm; Mon-Fri 11pm-7am.
- Minimum NITEC or foreign Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- Work in non-air conditioned environment.
- WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
