We’re now looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Admin / Supply Chain & Warehousing to join our central operations team.
Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory
Manage procurement, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment across all outlets
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stock accuracy
Conduct periodic stock takes and generate inventory reports
Monitor COGS and usage patterns to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
Warehousing & Logistics
Oversee warehouse operations, stock movement, and deliveries
Ensure proper labelling, cleanliness, and compliance with food storage standards
Liaise with delivery drivers and outlet managers for smooth logistics coordination
Operations Admin Support
Maintain accurate records for licensing, permits, vendor contracts, and asset lists
Assist with new outlet setup and operational documentation (SOPs, equipment lists, etc.)
Support operations team in audit preparations, purchasing, and other administrative duties
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar operations, F&B preferred
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HRMS or POS inventory systems a plus
Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
