Ops Support Executive (Desktop / L2 Support)
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,800
What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop / platform issues.
- Support project deployments, device migrations and hardware refresh cycles.
- Perform Active Directory account management (create/reset/delete).
- Manage IT assets and update records.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to implementation / upgrade projects and service improvements.
What you bring:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.
- 3–5 years' experience in desktop or IT support (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or other asset management tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, resourceful and proactive.
