Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary
Yuka is seeking an experienced IT support of the procurement processes using the Oracle Fusion Cloud system to join our dynamic team.
You will be required to participate in planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support of the global Oracle Fusion Cloud system.
We are offering a 2-year renewable contract based on satisfactory performance and strong performers may be converted to Permanent staff.
Job Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be a member of the Global Financial System (GFS) Team, which supports Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and reports to the Group IT Lead of the GFS team.
- Perform analysis on the new rollout, business enhancements requirements and apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to propose and implement the solutions.
- Provide second/third level support to users in their daily operations and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud system issues.
- Able to solve Procurement Functional issues independently.
- Able to lead and work with the technical team to investigate the integrations, reports and customizations issues.
- Review Oracle quarterly updates, assess the impact of the updates on existing Fusion configurations and recommend new features that will be beneficial for client's business.
- Due to the nature of work, there will be occasions requiring working outside of office hours.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge in procurement processes.
- High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support.
- Familiar with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Good functional and supporting skills in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement areas, i.e. purchasing, self-service procurement, sourcing, supplier portal, procurement contracts.
- At least 2 years of working experience in supporting the Procurement modules regionally or globally.
- Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Services and integrations.
- Basic understanding of SFTP, ATP database, Web/REST services.
- Good knowledge or working experiences on Oracle Fusion Cloud – Financial modules, Inventory/maintenance modules and/or EPM will be a plus.
- Good verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the end users and team members.
- Good understanding and able to apply change management.
- Good analytical skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfil the users' requirements.
- Good vendor contract management skill to manage group of contract programmer for technical work (for managerial role only)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules.
Working Conditions
