Location: Tuas (Have transport at Pioneer, Lakeside, CCK and Woodlands)
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.45am to 4.15pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary: Up to $3800
Job Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Monitor and manage the order book, ensuring blocks, holds and errors are resolved quickly.
- Coordinate creation of outbound deliveries and confirm shipments in line with shipping calendars.
- Handle exceptions such as urgent orders, delivery splits, or manual deliveries.
- Check order availability through ATP/BOP and escalate risks where supply cannot meet demand.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customer Care on order status, delays, and escalations.
- Work closely with planning, warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to align on fulfilment priorities.
- Support claim handling and customer queries related to shipments and documentation.
- Maintain structured daily/weekly communication cadences to highlight risks, shortages, or late deliveries.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure customer documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs papers) is complete and compliant.
- Work closely with the shipping team to ensure transport bookings are secured and outbound shipments are tracked.
- Follow process standards and support audits, ensuring data accuracy in SAP and connected systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in fulfilment and work with site/divisional teams on preventive actions.
- Contribute to projects that improve delivery reliability, system use, and communication flows.
- Share best practices across the OFR community to build capability and standardization.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in supply chain with 1 year of experience in order fulfilment
