Job Description:
- Design and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with local HR teams and business leaders to forecast hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles; support in building leadership pipelines.
- Ensure consistency in candidate experience and employer branding across markets.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing platforms regionally.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in China, India, and SEA countries.
- Advise HR and business stakeholders on legal risks and labor relations matters.
- Coordinate with legal teams and external counsel to mitigate compliance risks.
Oversee internal audits related to HR policies, employment contracts, and labor practices.
Develop, review, and harmonize HR policies across the region in alignment with global standards and local requirements.
- Support local HR teams in adapting and implementing policies effectively.
- Lead training and communication initiatives on HR policies and ethical employment practices.
- Monitor HR trends and legislative changes to proactively update policies and practices.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional role across APAC.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, labor law compliance, and policy development.
- Deep understanding of labor laws in China, India, and key SEA countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across geographies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
