- Provide full spectrum of office administration support including procurement, office upkeep, and asset management.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and expatriate housing matters, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate employee engagement, welfare activities, and office-related projects.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably within the construction or engineering industries .
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with general office operations.
