Part Time Accountant

Job Type: Part Time
Location: Vertex Tower A, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 - 4 days work week)
Salary: Up to SGD 1,200/month
Start Date: Anytime
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and updating financial records.
Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Perform basic reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
Assist with month-end closing activities and documentation.
Help maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Gain exposure to full-cycle accounting processes in a corporate environment.
Develop practical knowledge of accounting systems and reporting.
Build hands-on skills in financial documentation, reconciliation, and compliance.
