- Contract : 3 months
- Salary : S$ 20/hour
- Working Hours: 4 hours per day
- working Days : 3 days per week
- Working Location: Raffles Place
Responsibilities
- Management of relationships with vendors including cleaners, building management, IT & Security
- Oversee stock of office supplies including stationery, printers, refreshments, and branded goods
- Greet visitors and coordinate new joiners in respect of access, connectivity, desk allocation & transport
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail & deliveries
- Provide support for internal and external meetings
- Office maintenance such as reporting issues & coordinating repairs
- Work collaboratively with the IT department in relation to office equipment
- Support of local events such as the Conference, local client meetings, dinner bookings & social events
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in general office administration in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Good ability to manage multiple demands and work with a high level of organisation
- Proven MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues locally and across jurisdictions
