$1800 - $2.4k (depending on experience and seniority) for a 3 day work week (flexible 3 days, 9am - 6pm).
Upper Thomson area (walking distance to mrt).
REQUIREMENTS
University degree not a must.
Preferably min O levels
Meticulous and organized individuals with a sense of responsibility only
Preferably with office/corporate job previous experience or admin experience
Knowledge of using microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, Zoom, PDF
People who willing to come to office for 3 day work week is a must.
No WFH.
JOB SCOPE:
To carry out administrative work to support business operations and organisation
Drafting of letters and documents
Process invoices and liaison with Bank on documents needed for successful processing
Preparation of documents through printing, photocopying and scanning
Knowledge Management/ Data Entry
To tabulate and keep an organised record of data as and when needed
To file and keep an organised filing record of documents
To process accounting payments/claims and keep a good record
To tabulate monthly total sales, expenses (per template)
