-Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
-Perform general administrative duties.
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
Requirements
-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Organised and have strong attention to detail
-Able to work 4 days per week; from Thursday to Sunday.
-Able to work at retail hours ( nights and both weekends ).
