Core Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude.
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our enrichment programmes and help parents make the best choices for their child.
- Respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, by phone or email.
- Follow up with interested families and guide them smoothly through our enrollment journey.
- Promote new courses and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings.
- Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention.
- Support smooth daily operations and uphold a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level, or higher
- Able to commit on weekends
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer services/sales related jobs
- Experience in educational centres, with customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
