Position Overview
We are seeking Part-Time Developmental/Education Therapists who are passionate about helping children achieve meaningful developmental progress across communication, social, sensory, and learning domains.
You will play a vital role in providing individualized interventions and support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs, in close collaboration with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Assess & Plan: Conduct developmental and educational assessments to identify each child's strengths and challenges; design individualized intervention or learning support plans.
- Implement Interventions: Deliver structured, engaging, and evidence-based therapy or learning sessions targeting developmental, behavioural, or academic skills.
- Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and fellow clinicians to ensure cohesive, holistic support for each child.
- Monitor Progress: Track and document children's progress; adjust strategies and goals as needed to ensure continued growth and engagement.
- Educate & Empower: Equip parents and educators with practical strategies to reinforce learning and therapy goals at home and in school.
- Engage Creatively: Use play, movement, and hands-on activities to create a positive, motivating, and child-centered learning experience.
- Grow & Contribute: Participate in team discussions, peer learning, and mentorship opportunities to enhance both your skills and the collective growth of the team.

What's Needed
- Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience working with children (preferred).
- Familiarity with developmental or learning challenges (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech/language delays, sensory integration difficulties).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Registration or license (where applicable).
