Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct individual nutrition assessments and formulate care plans based on clinical findings.
Deliver evidence-informed dietary guidance to patients and their families across various medical conditions.
Advise foodservice staff on therapeutic meal planning in accordance with medical directives.
Participate in collaborative care reviews and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
Engage in research projects or clinical audits related to nutritional interventions.
Requirements:
Recognized qualification in Dietetics (or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
Active member of a professional dietetics or nutrition association (e.g., SNDA or equivalent).
At least 2 years of relevant experience working in hospital or clinical environments.
Able to work autonomously with strong communication and collaboration skills.
