Job Description
Specific Responsibilities
- Tracking student attendance
- Printing worksheets for classes
- Coordinating make-up classes with parents and updating timetable
- Collecting payment for classes
- Answering general enquiries regarding classes
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties not limited to:
- Taking and sending photos of students to parents
- Sending ad-hoc messages to parents for reminder/events/updates
- Inform instructors of new students
- Tidying the centre
Job Requirements
- Ability to multi-task
- Good team-player
- Communicate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Require to work on both weekends
- Weekday hours available
- Commit at least 6 months
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of O Level or equivalent;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Fluent in English.
Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage.
Working hours (For Part-Timers)
- Weekdays (1pm-830pm); Weekends (930am-630pm)
Working hours (For Full-Timers)
- Weekdays (1030am-830pm); Weekends (930am-7pm)
