Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Admin to support our growing team.
This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with HR or recruitment experience who enjoys working independently and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system or recruitment spreadsheets
Draft job descriptions and post on relevant platforms
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and onboarding
Assist in organizing HR files and maintaining employee records
Qualifications
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administration preferred
Familiarity with job boards, social media recruitment, and applicant screening
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with good time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (with flexibility)
