Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Admin to support our growing team.
This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with HR or recruitment experience who enjoys working independently and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
- Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system or recruitment spreadsheets
- Draft job descriptions and post on relevant platforms
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and onboarding
- Assist in organizing HR files and maintaining employee records
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administration preferred
- Familiarity with job boards, social media recruitment, and applicant screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with good time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (with flexibility)
