Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead a team of operation staff to provide essential public library shelving operation maintenance work under the guided operation flow for a specific collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage & supervise the day-to-day operations work for the project period
- Manage and monitor the team to work to meet the expected work task and the targets
- Team work for Books Scanning, Sorting, Shelve Reading, packing/unpacking, stacking, labelling books , and any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Prepare required reports
- Shelving the library items in organized, neat and tidy manner.
- Manage the collection and perform stock count of the library items..
- Be familiar the use of RFID system acquired by the library to do tagging
- Able to handle the barcode scanning
Requirements:
- Diploma qualifications or higher, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in library management.
- Proven operation and management skills
- Able to supervise, manage and mobilize
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
