Freelance/Part Time Marketing Assistant
Overview : 2.5 day work week (20 hours), 9am-6pm (WFO).
2 days WFO, 0.5 days flexible for WFH/out of office.
Responsibilities :
Manage and create content (stories/reels/regrams/feed) for F&B brand on Instagram / Tik Tok.
Reply to DMs / seed to KOLs and influencers.
Manage and reply queries on email account.
Head down to outlet whenever necessary (content filming / printing / posters).
Assist in any graphics/design/poster creation/creative collaterals when needed.
Administrative work tabulating data and ad‐hoc tasks.
Report to marketing manager.
Occasional travel may be required (within the working hours) – fully sponsored.
Skillsets :
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) for creating marketing collaterals and visuals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for basic financial tracking and reporting.
Strong eye for aesthetics and design with attention to brand consistency.
Familiar with CapCut and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), with an understanding of the latest trends and how to translate them into relevant, engaging marketing content.
Quick turnaround time for posters / speed.
Able to visit F&B outlets when required to assist with setting up marketing materials such as standees, signage, or other on‐site displays.
Proactive and resourceful in managing day‐to‐day marketing tasks independently.
