Part Time Outreach Administrator



Job description

Job Scope:

  • Prepare and send out emails and materials to clients for outreach purpose

  • Forward customer enquiries to relevant personnels

  • Support in basic data entry admin work when neccessary

  • Update excel and documents

  • Attend monthly meeting (either online or physical meeting)

Requirement:

  • Must know MS Office

  • Must be IT savy

  • Responsible and a good teamplayer

  • Must have strong business ethics when dealing with confidential information

This is a part time remote role.

It is a 1 year contract.

Expected work hour is 2 hours to 3.5 hours per week (at your own pace).

Salary is paid at $12 per hour.
