Key Responsibilities:
- General admin support (filing, scheduling, document handling, reception)
- Maintain supplies, facilities, and equipment for clinical and office operations
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
- Support onboarding, leave applications, and staff access management
- Handle company records (sorting, archiving, and system updates)
- Provide support for training programmes and events (setup, materials, reports)
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- Possess internship or 2–3 years of relevant admin experience preferred (but not required)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Strong coordination and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work with different departments
- Basic IT or system support knowledge is a plus
