Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and expand partnerships, maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement partner development strategies to align with company objectives.
- Support partners in product promotion, sales training, and market expansion to enhance performance.
- Monitor market trends and partner performance, providing support and improvement recommendations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and partners, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution planning, and business negotiations.
- Negotiate, sign, and execute partner contracts, ensuring compliance and achievement of business goals.

Job Requirements
- Minimun of 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, or a related field.
- Candidates with ERP system experience are preferred (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Sage);.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
- Ability to analyze markets and develop business strategies to optimize partner growth.
- High self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin o effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with strong stress management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
