About the Role
This role is responsible for serving as a strategic partner to intermediary distribution teams by driving the seamless execution of sales initiatives, campaign rollouts, targeted projects and operational enhancements.Responsibilities:
Strategic Enablement
Partner with distribution leadership to shape and implement strategic initiatives that support sales growth and channel effectiveness.
Participate in high-impact projects that require engagement both vertically (senior leadership) and horizontally (internal teams and external partners).
Harness AI and digital innovation as strategic enablers to reimagine distribution strategy and enhance channel productivity.
Translate business objectives into actionable plans and frameworks.
Campaign & Initiative Execution
Lead the rollout of sales campaigns and fulfilment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, overall proposition and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness for business uplift.
Operational Excellence
Streamline business operations and processes to elevate efficiency and scalability across distribution channels.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between distribution teams, actuarial, product, marketing, compliance and technology.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment across functions to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Transformation & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation in distribution strategy, tools, and processes.
Support automation and digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Strategy preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or distribution roles within insurance or financial services.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business impact.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with intermediary distribution models and regulatory environments.
