About The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for fostering business expansion by acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of channel partners and servicing their referred clients.
This position will report to the Channel Partnerships Lead and presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven business development, sales, or partnerships manager who possesses a distinctive combination of sales, analytical, communication, and relationship management competencies.
The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with a track record of delivering high outputs and achieving challenging goals.

Responsibilities
Be the advocate for partners and customers acquired by our partners
Build and maintain a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent partner and customer experience and resolve roadblocks
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service that strengthens customer loyalty
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent environment and dealing with ambiguity
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of work experience selling payments, cards and FX to SMBs in partnership roles, ideally with experience in fintech
Familiarity in business consultancy, e-Commerce, marketplaces, and influencer communities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Nice to Have
Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech
Experience working in payment, banking, financial, consulting companies
