It manufactures marine capital equipment that create exceptional long-term value for their customers.
To grow the organization and strengthen its parts and service team our client wants to recruit a:
Parts and Service Sales Executive (based in Singapore)
ORGANISATION:
As a key person in the service team, you will be the first point of contact for the clients for parts and service related enquires and issues.
You will proactively provide support to the Client and Service department on an organizational, commercial, and administrative level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Parts and Service Sales support: Your main responsibility is to handle quotations, inquiries, purchasing, and sales orders related to parts and service projects.
Follow up and communicate regularly with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Documentation: Update customer related calls, visits, and part and service sales related activities in company CRM system.
e.g. documentation of spare part records, price list from factory, technical drawings, shipping and logistics documents.
Maintain all the related documentation and make sure it is updated correctly and is easily accessible to your team.
Administrative support:
Relationship management: You will proactively build solid professional relationship with customers, company factory (at head quarter), vendors, and internal department – management, sales, service, and finance team.
Business support: Collaborate with management team and assist in implementing service department goals, provide customer and market intelligence, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the spare parts stock in the company warehouse is well managed and stocked on time.
