Passenger/ Guest Service (Lost & Found Counter)



Job description

Job Information:

  • Basic salary starting from $2000
  • + Shift allowance + OT Payment
  • + AWS + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
  • Working hours: 6 days per week rotating shift including overnight
  • Location: Changi Airport
  • Training provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.

  • Answer phone calls on baggage matters.

  • Trace missing baggage.

  • Submit reports of mishandled and damaged bags

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level
  • Proficient in English, additional languages would be a plus to communicate with international passengers
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality
  • Service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable working shift hours
