What You'll Do:
- Assist in the preparation of our signature viennoiseries, tarts, cakes, and more — from dough work to finishing touches.
- Work closely with senior chefs to refine your techniques and maintain product quality at scale.
- Handle mise en place, ingredient prep, and ensure proper rotation and storage.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Learn the rhythm of working in a central production kitchen, supporting other stations when needed.

What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years' pastry kitchen experience or relevant baking school training.
- Willingness to learn, a strong eye for detail, and a team-first attitude.
- Solid foundational skills in mixing, piping, and handling delicate ingredients.
- Comfort with early morning shifts, weekends, and working in a high-volume kitchen.
