Major Duties and Responsibilities (A) Specific
To receive patients and visitors who present themselves at the counter. To attend to enquiries from both internal and external customers To perform admissions and provide financial counseling to patients and family members. To ensure that services rendered are entered promptly for charging purposes. To receive calls for bed booking and do bed reservations for patients. To collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected. To schedule appointments for discharged patients who require follow-up at the clinics To assist in the receiving, filing and dispatch of case notes. To monitor the status of each patient’s bill in the respective wards. To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the wards’ counters. To assist in collecting data for statistics purposes. (B) General
To participate in Process Improvement Projects and streamline processes.
To work in co-operation with other service providers and departments in the discharge of their duties.
To adhere to the hospital’s and department’s standards in the discharge of their duties.
To participate in corporate events whenever necessary
To undertake other duties when assigned
Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma with experience Abe to perform 2 shifts (including Weekend & Public Holidays) Good communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of computer Relevant working experience will be advantageous Year of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Patient Service Associate Job Family
