Patient Service Associate / Executive

We are looking for friendly and organized Patient Service Associates/Executives to provide excellent support to patients and healthcare teams.

You will assist with appointments, patient enquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with enquiries and appointments
  • Manage patient records and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for efficient patient flow

Requirements:

  • At least O-level, Diploma or relevant qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
