Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hrs
Job Description:
- Managing dentists’ appointment calendars and rescheduling requests to ensure calendars are created, blocked, and rescheduled promptly
- Supporting day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing, including financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling
- Coordinating and liaising with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing, and data collection
- Ensuring patients’ enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally
Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any course with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Patient Service Executive role
