Job Responsibilities

Operational Oversight & Compliance:
Familiarize yourself with the requirements of each security assignment.
Conduct scheduled site visits to ensure Security Officers (SOs) perform their duties safely and effectively.
Ensure compliance with operational requirements, company policies, and the Security Officers’ Code of Conduct.
- Training & Development:
Conduct in-house training and on-the-job training (OJT) for relief officers to ensure competency.
Participate in the continuous development of security personnel through coaching and mentoring.
- Incident Management & Investigations:
Respond promptly to client complaints and security incidents, conducting thorough investigations where necessary.
Assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance service standards.
- Emergency Response & Drills:
Participate in and conduct security exercises and emergency drills.
Be on standby and contactable daily for emergency response and operational needs.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties:
Submit accurate and timely daily activity reports.
Provide operational support to management as required.
Step in to cover Security Officer duties in cases of manpower shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
- Other Responsibilities:
Fulfill additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the agency.
Job Requirements
Work Schedule:
Day shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) 6-day work week
Driving Requirements:
Possess a valid Class 2/2A/3 license (own vehicle will be an advantage)
Certifications & Licensing:
PLRD SSO/SS Rank certification.
Additional certifications such as PAPP, CSSPB, X-Ray, First Aid + AED, and CERT will be an advantage (Training can be provided)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Soft Skills:
Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
