Salary ranges: 8,500 - 10,000 per month + RSUs. We’re looking for a Payment Operations Implementation Lead to join the Wise Platform Operations team in our Singapore office.
What You'll Do
Drive the strategic roadmap for scaling our global payment operations, focusing on new and existing Wise Platform partner integrations, performance improvements, and risk reduction.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
Standardize and optimize global operational processes and workflows to enhance speed, cost, and overall efficiency across regions.
Own the end-to-end operational readiness for new partner and product implementations, ensuring all integrations are scalable, reliable, and meet our high standards.
Define and implement data-driven KPI frameworks and monitoring dashboards (using SQL) to track performance and deliver actionable insights that influence strategy.
Partner with global Product, Engineering, and regional teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions and improved internal tooling.
Act as the subject matter expert and key escalation point for complex operational issues, leading incident response and proactive risk mitigation.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and leading cross-functional initiatives to resolve operational bottlenecks and build resilient systems.

Qualifications
Proven Experience: background in operations management, technical implementation, or similar roles, ideally in fast-paced FinTech, payments, or technology companies.
Data-Driven Mindset: strong data analysis skills (SQL a major plus) to drive metrics and decisions.
Natural Leadership: ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and mentor team members.
Process Excellence: experience designing, implementing, and scaling operational processes, workflows, and KPIs.
Exceptional Communicator: strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Customer-First Approach: focus on improving customer experience through data-informed prioritization.
Proactive Problem-Solver: ownership mindset with understanding of risk management and solution finding.
Technical Acumen: comfort working with product and engineering; bonus for experience with APIs or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
