Job Description
Our client, an F&B company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Admin Executive to support our HR and administrative operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and providing general HR and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including verification of attendance, overtime, and staff movements (new hires, transfers, resignations).
Ensure accuracy in payroll computation and statutory contributions.
Review and process invoices from outsourced service providers.
Handle and resolve employee queries related to payroll and HR matters.
Support the daily HR and administrative operations.
Manage submission and tracking of statutory claims such as NS Make-Up Pay and Government Paid Leave.
Prepare and generate payroll-related and HR reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local statutory requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Proficient in TimeSoft (preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
A team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
Able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
