What You'll Do:
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing, including validating attendance records, overtime payments, resignations, and other related tasks.
- Ensure the accurate calculation and execution of payroll.
- Review and process invoices received from outsourced service providers.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues.
- Support daily HR and administrative operations and responsibilities.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Submit and track statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave.
- Prepare and generate reports related to payroll activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local statutory and audit requirements.
