We are looking for an individual with strong payroll experience, can-do attitude, time management, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills to join the team.
The incumbent will assist the payroll dept in the day to day support on duties pertaining to payroll operations.
Payroll Execution and Support
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for Singapore main payroll run and off cycles payroll reports (main role), HK & Macau (supporting role) payroll runs.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and submission of statutory payments (e.g., CPF).
Liaise with payroll vendor to settle the Pro-Family Government related claims (i.e., CCL, ECCL, ML, PL, Shared Parental Leave) and NSMen Claims by validating the employee details from HRIS (i.e. SAP Successfactors).
Strong focus on tax fillings with IRAS and audits to ensure compliance.
Assist with reconciliation of payroll-related GL accounts.
Assists in requests from HR on ad-hoc reports, ex-employees’ request for payslips and tax forms.
Perform any ad-hoc payroll duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HR or Business Management with 1-2 years of payroll experience
Computer proficiency and strong skills in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel.
Successfactor, WFM (Kronos) Time & Attendance system experience is an advantage
Good communications and writing skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience in payroll vendor management is a plus
Hands-on payroll experience in Singapore preferred
