Job scope – Payroll Related:
- Support Singapore, Korea, Japan and India payroll related matters, including on payroll related risk assessments
- Conducts checks on TMS clocking and overtime related data and resolves user issues, including for eLeave system
- Works with Finance on monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts, including government paid
- Government-Paid Leave claims funding reconciliation
- Verify incoming intercoy bills on staff secondment, ensure supporting documents are complete
- Raise intercoy bills for staff seconded out, ensure supporting documents are complete
- Ensure timely funds transferred to in-country for payroll disbursements
- Coordinate with in-country service providers/administrator on payroll matters, including government-paid leave claims submissions
- Coordinate with Singapore tax consultants on expatriates' tax matters, including for incoming overseas colleagues on short term assignments
- Any other Payroll related support duties as assigned by HRM
Job scope - HR Admin: Assist HRM/HRBP with the following:
- HR document digitalization project (currently using additional workdays)
- Coordinate with AIA and company panel of doctor clinics on medical bills and charge-out matters
- Assists HRM in the preparation work and co-ordinate payroll implementation of AWI/CA for total Represented population in ISLLP
- Assists HRM/HRBP to follow-up and implement Technician Training modules step increments and Technician Cross-Training module incentives
- Advises AIA re updates of insurance enrollments: Medical Plan, ADDP and GTLP (including CI) enrollments
- Co-ordinates Colleagues' service awards administration
- Co-ordinates Colleagues' re-employment administration (post-normal retirement age cases)
- Administers car loan interest subsidy applications and claims, education refund plans and misc.
other benefits administration - Assists in local recruitment – including vacancies postings, interview arrangements, offer letter documents, pre-employment medical/security checks clearance, prepare announcements, orientation package
- Arranging Alcohol & Drugs testing for new hires and follow-up on results, and arrange for random A&D tests for colleagues in designated and specified positions
- Liaise with contracted temporary employment agencies for monthly contracted temporary staff assignments
- Compile Statutory HR-related survey returns and liaise with government bodies e.g. EBD/MOM surveys
- Handles general administrative work for HRD, including maintaining HR and personnel records retention, working files, etc.
- Any other HR related support duties as assigned by HRM
