Job description

Job Title: Payroll and HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations in Singapore.

  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and maintain accurate records.

  • Provide timely responses to payroll-related queries from employees.

HRIS Management:

  • Maintain and update employee information on the HR Information System.

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by management.

  • Support enhancements to the HR system, ensuring data integrity and security.

Leave & Attendance Management:

  • Track and process leave applications, absences, and time-off balances.

  • Ensure accurate updates of attendance and leave data in the HRIS.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing statutory filings and internal reports for management review.

  • Prepare reports on compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ad-hoc HR Support:

  • Provide support for HR operations, audits, and projects.

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with finance or other departments for payroll-related reconciliations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and HRIS efficiency.

  • Document standard operating procedures for payroll and HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or Business Administration or related qualifications.

  • At least 2 years of HR experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Self-starter, confident, and a team player with a positive attitude.
