The Company

Our client, in the oil & gas sector, is currently looking for a 12 months' contract Payroll / Com & Ben Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role oversees HR Operations administration, which encompasses payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS data management, global mobility, budgeting, and compliance with company policies, data protection, and local laws.

Additionally, you will assist in designing, developing, communicating, and implementing C&B initiatives, salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages.

Your Profile

You should have a Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in managing payroll as well as compensation and benefits.

You should possess good understanding of HR processes.
