Job Description:
- Responsible for the payroll function of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, advance, and monthly payroll for the company
- Ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Submitting of CPF, reports
- Administrative duties
- Successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn full sets of accounts for 1–2 clients, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation, and reports.
To ensure that payments are made in compliance with company policies and ensure timely and accurate recording of payments and payables
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with Human Resource background and basic accounting knowledge
- Good communication and good interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an advantage
- 5 days working week
