- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including CPF submissions, IRAS filings, and staff claims.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime payments.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, leave balances, and attendance data for payroll accuracy.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, handle onboarding, and update HR documentation.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related employee accommodation matters.
- Coordinate staff training schedules, submit government training grants, and handle absentee payroll claims.
- Support HR initiatives, staff welfare activities, and internal communications.
- Liaise with external accountants on payroll-related reports and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely completion of all payroll deliverables.
- Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Accountancy/Human Resource or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
